Assorted Miscellany from the world of Carnivals

Yes, it's that time again - the nineteenth Carnival of Socialism is out over at Power to the People, and very good it is too. A good inclusive feel with a sharply internationalist flavour, just the way it ought to be.

Just so no one feels left out I'll give a quick plug for the Carnival of Anarchy which, ironically, is done in a much more centralised way than its socialist cousin - but worth checking out none the less.

Of course both of these Carnivals are just new pip squeaks on the block when compared to the Carnival of Feminists, giving the lie to the idea that politics and the internet are essentially male domains.

Mind you all three of these are outstripped by the bonkers Carnival of the Green who have been going for a full on 118 editions and post every damn week - wow! If you want to join that one June 23rd 2009 (yes, 2009) is available - oh my giddy aunt I though June 8th 2008 for the Carnival of Socialism was pretty good going.

Yes, the carnival of anarchism definitely leaves something to be desired.
