Looking forward

There are a few things coming up that I'm rather looking forward to, and I may as well let you know about them, they do concern you after all.

The first thing is the Carnival of Socialism relaunch. I'll be hosting the new and improved C of S on Feb. 1st and will be looking for contributions from around the lefty blogosphere in order to start the new series with a real splash. Send them to me when you see them (marked C of S).

We already have a number of bloggers signed up for the carnivals after that, but we want to keep booked well in advance so if you fancy having a go let me know or post in the appropriate place over at the Carnival to get your name on the list.

Talking of blogging experiences the Green Party conference is next month in Reading (starting on Valentine's Day - doh!) and there will be a group blog hosted by Red Pepper blogging from conference bringing you all the latest from the biggest and best conference Reading will be hosting this February.

I'm sure one of the things we'll be blogging about is the fringe meeting on "Is the Green Party Anti-Capitalist?" a discussion between Darren Johnson, Green London Assembly Member, and Matt Selwood, deputy leader of the Oxford Green Councillors. Not to be missed companeros!

In case that is not exciting enough it looks like the Green Party Home I talked about in my Blogging Resolutions is actually going to happen, you should see the glorious launch not long after conference ends. Perhaps the start of March.

I'm sure at this point you're wriggling round on the floor overcome with excitement so I wont mention some of the other projects in the pipe line that are bound to get the juices going. Best not get you too worked up too soon.
