Whilst others leave their New Year's resolutions as sadly discarded good intentions I've decided to break with tradition and actually attempt to fulfill mine. Step forward resolution number two "The Carnival of Socialism"
The Carnival will be relaunching on the first of February and will, we hope, have a new edition every two weeks. For that we need lefty bloggers willing to sign themselves up to take on the carnival challenge helping put socialist bloggers in touch with each other, expanding their range and help find the best of the left web. It'll be fun!

A carnival is like a summary of what is going on on the blogs at the moment which travels from blog host to blog host (but often they have a hub like C of s) so different bloggers take it on each time.
There are carnivals of cats, buddhism, feminism, capitalism, all sorts basically and are a good way of bringing bloggers together from a particular field - in this case socialists
Take a look at the site and there are a number of archived editions which will give you more of an idea of what they look like in reality.
